Why Robot Art?
Robots are an expression of my reaction to technology’s advances. I am a child of the 1980s. I grew up with Star Wars, ET, Back to The Future, Robo Cop et al. During my lifetime I have witnessed how technology has changed all matters of life. At this stage I have serious luddite proclivities such as continuing to use a VHS, cassette tapes, and two turntables and a microphone. Science fiction has always been a fascination of mine because of its philosophical undertones, Robotitry is my contribution where I have made over 50 paintings, a short movie, and several science fiction short stories.
